“I can't say enough good things about this program. It has all the best programs and is easy to use. If you follow the program, you WILL make progress. The workouts are brutal, relentless, and effective. Great app!”

“An outstanding app with an incredible amount of knowledge and thought behind it. The app does far more than offer strength programs for you to follow. It will acquaint you with the hows and whys of training – giving you what you need to build a solid understanding of how to workout effectively. Absolutely recommended for anyone who is looking to make significant gains in their strength. A strength coach in your pocket.”

“I don't normally write reviews but this is by far the best strength and weight training app on the App Store. With no-nonsense training routines you will make steady progression. I have never looked or felt stronger! Detailed information on how to get started and in many aspects of training with charts to track your progression. Will say it again excellent app and a must have for anyone wanting to get in great shape. Would recommend to everyone. Best Strength App by Far.”

Select one of the built-in workout routines to keep it simple or go all out and design your own system. Whether you want to focus on bodybuilding or strength, this app has you covered. Either way, you’re going to have to build muscle and Strongur will help you to build muscle as quickly as possible through systematic modifications of diet and exercise.

---- HIGHLIGHTS ----

This app will help you:
*build muscle
*get stronger
*trim a bit of fat

This app will help you do that by:
*tracking workouts in greater precision than any other app (sets, reps, weight, rest intervals, tempo, daily body fat, and daily body weight).
*providing you detailed insights and feedback through multiple types of graphs, some also not available on any other app.
*giving you the absolute best workouts.
*helping you establish realistic targets for muscle mass as it relates to body fat.
*helping you improve technique using iOS's first bar path analyzer.

Don't see the exact workout routine you were looking for? Make one. Want to share it with friends/clients? Upload it through the app so others can use your programs.

Fast-track Progress

The MultiYear Training System is available for $9.99/month, $19.99/3 months, or $49.99/year. You can subscribe through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renew may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

After you complete a workout, the next workout will automatically adjust (weight/rep/set increments and decrements) to respond to performance levels in the previous workout. That means workout tracking and body tracking couldn't be simpler. Single tap to create a new workout, single tap to save what you did — done.

Strongur also supports Apple’s Health app.

Realistic targets keep you on track. Statistical analysis has shown that a beginner can expect a strength gain of about 30% in the first 90 days. Additional gains in strength are gradual and due to an interplay between neuromuscular improvements and hypertrophy. A 5'9" (1.75m) man can expect to gain about 15 lb (7kg) of muscle in the first year. Expect 3-5 years to reach your natural maximum.

These are your targets. Feel free to smash through them.

What's New in Version 8.2.0

Check out the new in-workout history available for each individual exercise
*Recent lifts and records
*Recent history for related exercises (i.e., bench press, incline press, decline press, chest flyes, etc.)
*Historical analysis of stress and identification of over/under training situations.
*Rep records (1-20 range) identified by age of record
*Identification of weak rep ranges
*Suggested sets to try according to your goals (hypertrophy/strength) that represent the best opportunity for progress.

The new charts are based on an app exclusive training load metric -- Exertion Load, which works much better to track training stress than Volume Load. A full write-up on its origin and applications is coming to soon. For now, the new charts and analysis is only available in-workout. But they are obviously incredibly valuable when planning your workouts in advance. If you have some suggestions about where you think these would help most in the app, send me an email and let me know what you think.

Thanks guys. As always, if you like the app and updates please leave a rating so that others can find the app as well. -Robert

A fitness coach analyzing you in real time

I've been using this app now consistently for a year. (I've been weight training on-and-off for well over a decade.)

The more you use this app the more value you get. It's like having a fitness coach in a smart phone, analyzing your performance and making real time adjustments.

Just the user experience for recording a session alone is great which is why I downloaded it initially, but it comes integrated with plans and the analytics are smart which can help you evaluate your progress in a targeted way. My entire fitness goals are now defined by this app.

The support is great so despite minor issues I have in upgrades it's always revolved quickly. The evolution of the app is constant. You can tell the maker behind this (Robert) really cares and is a user himself as you will see the subtlest of changes to the feature set (like most recently, the auto increment of 2.5% that's key for muscle growth can now be done on a 1bs, 2.5lbs or 5 lbs which is more practical when selecting weights) which only a regular user would appreciate.

Simply the best

Has all the best workout programs; Stronglifts, starting strength, mad cow, GVT ... Whichever program you prefer, this app has got it. And it has the option to add and modify.

Great, friendly support and frequent updates. This app just keeps getting better. Worth the price for sure.

Best In Class

I've used them all; this one is hands down The best. Constantly improving with each update 👍
