Be aware - the worst return/exchange/refund service. You won’t get your money back!
I bought a dress from Stylewe for the first time, and the dresses arrived with each seam open with very obvious holes throughout the whole out layer. I asked for an exchange, and they replied it’s easier just for me (actually for them) to keep the faulty clothes, and they will issue a 15% refund. They told me to take the dress to a tailor to fix it. I live in the Bay Area and there’s nobody who would charge less than $20 for anything. Plus why should I go through the trouble for that? They emailed again and said they would offer 35% refund. But seriously, who else would let their customer pay for something faulty? I had told them, that originally I was just asking for an exchange, but now I want a refund and a prepaid shipping label so I can send the defective dress back to them. This is outrageous. If anybody want to pay for a bad quality dress, be my guest. Otherwise, no matter how pretty their photos look, please go somewhere else.
Lier and can’t not touch costumers always
My recent shopping experience were extremely horrible. Order was not delivered on time, I asked the service and they had no answer for a week. You ask them where is your stuff, Once they delivered, they will answer you. I got my order after one month. Quality is not good. Pant was short. I return all my stuff, and had to pay shipping fee my myself for around $20D, and since one month passed, I still don’t get my refund. They normally send email to inform me, but this time I didn’t get any information. No shipping information no refund information. They have only email customer services and no answer you at all. Don’t Don’t Don’t buy anything here, you will regret waste your time and money!

Worse merchant ever in my professional life of over 40-years! I have been trying to make contact to return the poor quality merchandise but although they respond, they fail to provide the proper address where to return the merchandise. As the merchant does not provide a self-addressed return label. Inevitably the consumer is responsible to pay for shipping merchandise and further limited with the amount of time to return. I hope none of you get sucked into their unethical business practices. The photos of merchandise look amazing, but the quality of the materials and designs are extremely poor quality and should not even be for sale. Not even Wall Mart would sell such poor quality of merchandise.
