Skip the line!!!
I use this all the time now - I create my order before I leave home, pick up my breakfast or lunch (sometimes both) on my way to work. The app menu seems to be limited a bit to only show what every store offers, but it's really NO BIG DEAL. The convenience outweighs my favorite specialty sauce not being on the list. You can usually get a side sauce when you pick it up if it wasn't on there. OR you can pick one of the other umpteen choices. Seriously, I don't know what the others are complaining about.
If you are pinched for time, download this app! Skipping the line is gleefully delightful!! Don't mind the dirty looks from the people still waiting in line; haters gonna hate.
Works great for picking up dinner on the way home too.
Make sure you're perfect....
This app isn't great, but I've used it quite often anyways. Most of the employees never look at the notes, and there is no way to customize kids meals without using notes. However today, I used the reorder feature, and accidentally sent it to the wrong Subway. I called them within 2 minutes of hitting submit. They were great and said they would take care of the cancellation. They called back and said they couldn't cancel on their end, and for me to do it through the app. Of course there is no way to do so, so I emailed customer service. They replied telling me that only the store can do that, and I should have called them. I DID. Look, if they had already made the meal, I get it, but that wasn't the case. It's a good thing a lot of other sandwich places are popping up in the area, because I think I'm done with Subway.
Declines payments. USELESS!!!
Declines payment no matter what card you use. I have used the same cards before and not had a problem. Even tried marking payment online and still declines the payments even when I used PayPal. Had to go back and transfer the money in my PayPal account back to my bank. Useless app and mobile services. Tried to call order in and they would not take order. Asked if I could fax it in since it was so many sandwiches and they would not allow that. Said I would have to do it online. I'VE TRIED TOO!! As long as this is an issue we will not be eating Subway. So much easier to place the order and run in and pick it up.
