App is decent but it should allow for payment from outside.
You guys should allow payments to loan or credit card from outside source. I think it’s a hassle and quite ridiculous that I have to transfer money to the bank wait for that to happen and then pay my account. I understand you guys are probably doing it to make people use suncoast as a main bank and do direct deposit for me me it pushes me away from having suncoast as a main bank. I need features and services now I can’t hope that you guys would do it when other people already are.

Please note, Member Advocates in our Members Care Center are able to process loan and credit card payments from other Financial Institutions. A service fee applies. We also offer ACH Funds Transfer via SunNet, which allows you to transfer funds FROM and TO domestic financial institutions free of charge. Thank you for being our member!
Check deposit not working
I’ve loved this app. It’s made my life so much easier and way fewer trips to the bank, because my work does not offer direct deposit and pays weekly.
However, for some reason for the last week, the direct deposit has not been working and shuts me out of the program each time.
I’ve rebooted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, Ive closed the program completely and opened it again.
Nothing is fixing this issue.
Thank you for your review! We are aware SunMobile crashes if you attempt processing a Mobile Deposit, but do not complete the fields in order. We recommend completing the fields in the following order until the fix is released: 1. Select DEPOSIT TO 2. Input AMOUNT 3. Take picture of FRONT OF CHECK 4. Take picture of BACK OF CHECK 5. Tap DEPOSIT. Thank you for your understanding.
So far, so good
The app seems to work pretty well and I haven’t come across any major issues. In the future, I would like to see more of a design overhaul though to make the experience more user friendly. Suggestions include: adding card lock in the app, ability to schedule recurring transfers and a balance total for all accounts.
