Supplement 411 is USADA’s dietary supplement safety education and awareness resource. As you may already know, the answers are not straightforward. No resource can protect you completely. The reality is that the use of dietary supplements can be risky, and that awareness, caution, education, and common sense must be exercised when considering their use. The resources in this app will help you gain a better understanding of the dietary supplement issue and cover topics including:
REALIZE there are safety issues with dietary supplements.
RECOGNIZE risk when you see it.
REDUCE your risk of testing positive and experiencing health problems by taking concrete steps.

Terrible Functionality, Very Slow

This app is very slow, if you can get it to work. The content is probably okay, don't know for sure since it's so hard to use. Tap a button and it may or may not respond, you won't know unless you stare at it for a minute and something happens. Very awful app, USADA should be embarrassed. I assume the poor quality of this app reflects the organization of USADA.

Afraid to even take Rx

Doping laws have made alot of us even afraid to take legit Rx scripts, let alone an aspirin. So I would like to get some info on supplements and this app hits me with *logon to your user account*. Why would I want to create an account when all I want/need is basic yes/no/take-at-own-risk answers to a supplement? So I just deleted the app.

Lots of information about products that contain substances prohibited in sport.
