I love this site!!
This site has gotten a lot of bad reviews and I was very hesitant to send anything but I figured I’d try since it was all going to go to Goodwill anyways. I’m actually pleasantly surprised! The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because it took almost 3 months to process my box when they advised it would take 2. I understand they have a lot of incoming volume, but 3 months is a long wait. They do take a big chunk of the sales, but they’re doing all the work! I literally just send stuff in a box! I only had 3 items of about 35 rejected, which isn’t bad. I’ve made about $70 so far on stuff I was just going to give away. I wouldn’t send anything super valuable here because you definitely won’t get the money you want for it, but for things you’re just going to get rid of anyways it’s good!
Worth a shot!
I've been ordering from this app for a many months now and I really enjoy everything I've gotten. Descriptions are OK and I usually end up getting things in my size! I do wish there was a "favorites" feature so we could go back to items we never put in the cart. They send coupons every now and then because I've spent over about $45 already. I've ordered about 4-6 times so far. I wish there were more sales!! Great app for thrifters! Especially if you're like me and love grabbing unique and rare items left and right!
Don’t trust them with your goods
You’re honestly better off donating items for a tax write off then giving them to this site. Have a yard sale do anything but send stuff to them it will take 4 or 5 months before they open the box and after the new fees are imposed you get nearly nothing. I’ve been sending stuff for years but with the new fees and months of turnaround time, it’s just not worth it. I will never send them another thing as I feel they’ve been very deceptive in both fees and payouts. I’ve even had things “disappear” that were shipped to them. All in all not a good website which after expanding isn’t keeping up with demand or customer service.

We received an influx of boxes from sellers wanting to work with us, and we temporarily stopped accepting new inbound shipments until we could get caught up.
