Soo dissapointed! I feel robbed!

I was loving this app when I had first started using it because I finally found an app that not only had a planner but also had a HIIT timer that I've been looking for for the longest time! The workouts were challenging in a great way, and it did take awhile to review each workout first before starting the actual HIIT.

After awhile I had to cancel my subscription because I became too busy with school and work. But even after a month or so of canceling it, my card still gets charged $20 for the subscription. I tried to contact customer support but no reply.

Into the new year, I decided that I wanted to get back into shape again, and because loving this app so much, I decided to renew my subscription. I logged into the app, and a window popped telling me my account is expired, would you like to renew? So I officially renew it, and when I go back into the app to log in again, the same window pops up saying that my account is expired. If i pressed the "renew now" button, it leads me to the purchased app subscriptions which said that I had renewed it! I even received a receipt through email and my card was charged! I tried to contact both customer support through kayla itsines website AND the app store, and STILL nothing. Soooo incredibly dissapointed... never again.

***Update: After using this app for 3 months, there are a few things I have to say about this app.

1. The current version is super glitchy. The meal plan is all over the place. I will open it and it will have one meal plan and then open it a minute later and it's completely different. Super frustrating to go grocery shopping for the week only to get home and realize you've shopped for the wrong week.

2. I wish you could adjust the serving sizes for certain meals and that it would reflect in the shopping list! I follow the eating plan for myself throughout the day and then cook the BBG meals for my family for dinner, which means that before I go grocery shopping I have to go through each dinner recipe and increase the quantities of the ingredients just in the dinners. If I could just adjust the number of servings in the weekly meal plan and that it would automatically populate the shopping list I would be VERY happy.

3. When I'm cooking I constantly have to scroll up and back down on my phone to go back and forth between the ingredients list and the instructions. If it could be changed to include the quantities in the instructions then making meals would be a breeze.

Other than these complaints I am very happy with this app!!

I can't tell you how much I love this app. The meal plans are perfect and I love the exercise plan because I can run AND do BBG workouts 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I only wish I had found it sooner!!

I LOVE to sweat w/ Kayla!

I am absolutely in love with this app! It makes working out fun and not a chore. The workouts are fast and you really see results. There's also an entire BBG (the workout program you'll be using) community online. Getting and staying healthy is often easier and more enjoyable when you have a network; when you feel like you're not in it alone. Kayla has made meal plans as well, which makes staying healthy that much easier. These workouts don't seem like much, but oh my god do you feel it! Because of this app I actually look forward to exercising and I know I'll always feel better afterwards. Thank you, Kayla!!
