Sweet-Hut 4+

I downloaded this app and link my sweet hut card and created an account. An email verification was suppose to sent to my email in order for me to log in to my account. It has been weeks and I’ve never received a verification email and constantly click on resend an email verification so I can access my account. What’s the purpose of that when you can’t efficiently send a verification email after multiple times requesting for it to your customer and the hassle of to have the card at hand all time and losing points. Please correct that and I don’t want to lose my points from the card I currently has.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It’s a great idea like every other fast food place out there. The application is terrible to use. My login for the online Sweet Hut does not work for the app. I’ve had to create many different accounts because it won’t let me in. I also have gift cards I cannot use because you can load to the app. And if you order in store you can’t earn points and use a gift card at the same times. If you want a good app take notes from Starbucks. Their app is great and works well for customers. Make changes or find someone who can make theses changes.

Ill admit the app is fairly easy to use but thats about it. It requires you to add a card which isnt that big of a deal but i had hoped to be able to pay in store and after adding a card it requires you to “load up your card” with money that you already gave them access to. Id rather just walk in and get what i want than put more money than im actually ganna use on an app.
