LOVE Swiftkey, but it's crashing apps in iOS10
I want to start by saying that in general I LOVE Swiftkey. Makes typing with the on-screen keyboard exponentially easier to use on my iPad and iPhone. There seems to be a major problem with Swiftkey in this version, however. With Swiftkey installed, whether or not I was using it, certain apps on my iPad Pro, specifically Google Docs and Safari, would crash frequently and consistently. For example, I would open Google Docs, and as soon as I started typing - even if I wasn't using Swiftkey specifically - the app would do a hard crash nearly immediately. Typing WITH Swiftkey, they on-screen keyboard would flash on and off repeatedly, often switching between Swiftkey and the iOS default keyboard on its own. Sure enough, as soon as I deleted Swiftkey from my iPad, all apps are working perfectly. Hopefully this gets fixed! Thanks Swiftkey.
Horrible and inferior in every way
If you used the original on the other OS you know how bad this iOS version is. There's also no voice dictation with this alternative keyboard. All if these 3rd party keyboards are horrible, some worse than othere. The poor ratings here should tell you this.
Keyboard is smaller than native keyboard. Double click period doesn't work. Word prediction is simply horrible. The only good thing is it rememberse words. Free themes like holiday has awful dotted borders. App needs larger keyboard option.
Unfortunately I'm staying with the stock keyboard. This app should never have been released out of beta unlike the other green alien platform version app which is awesome. This app for iOS is a huge let down. Don't bother downloading. Uninstalled
Needs Siri dictation enabled
Would love to have dictation sometime! This keyboard is better than the stock apple keyboard and has better predictions. Perhaps have a special way to activate it like holding the emoji key with that option. Also new themes would be welcomed! Haven't seen any since the day it came out in ios 8. BTW, people complaining about ios 10 and autocorrect - you have to tap the predictive word to make the keyboard learn the persons name. It's the same with the apple keyboard. Everything Works on ios 10 for me.
