I like the update but miss a couple things...

The new oxygen themes are really cool. I would like the red & blue Nickel themes back though. The new layout for choosing a theme is more efficient. The Quick Emoji key setting is handy too. I seem to be having trouble with seeing some of the emojis over the darker background, if it could be just a little lighter so the darker emojis are more easily identifiable. I've just been using it with the update for a few hours but I haven't noticed any technical issues so far.
This is still my favorite 3rd party keyboard, I'd just like easier on the eyes emojis back and the other Nickel themes. I believe I paid for at least one of those, maybe both, back when some of the themes were an extra IAP. I realize we're getting a bunch of new themes for free and I appreciate that, just miss the other Nickel ones.
Overall still great though.

Okay but worse than wordflow

It seems to recognize okay and has more themes, but it will fail to recognize a swipe for short words like 'as' or if I start my swipe just a little bit into the predictive bar area of the UI. The predictive bar thing shows the next word rather than corrections for the word that was just recognized. This makes correcting misrecognitions (which are frequent) much more painful. Hitting backspace after a word is misrecognized does not delete the whole wrong word, which usually means far more time to correct the app's mistakes. All of this would be less problematic of the app recognized words as well as wordflow, but it's noticeably worse at that. So the fact that fixing mistakes is harder galls all the more. It seems to struggle with slang or longer words the most. Wordflow felt magical when I was using it. This keyboard feels just like normal, klunky software.

Just make simple emoji prediction!

*Update*
Love the new minimalistic black keyboard, miss the navy blue keyboard. Now please just make it simple the way the keyboard predict emojis. Is not that hard to make it predict an emoji from a word you type and add it to the right of the prediction corner. It is much simpler that write a word, touch the emoji icon, select the emoji, delete the word I already type, and finally send the emoji... Just make it simple guys, I know you can do it!

First add Kaomojis, they're going very popular again. And I really enjoy to use them. (that's one reason why I switch to another keyboard. ) Second, more minimalist themes, like pure black, mate black, pure white, what I mean is themes without that ugly gradient, and without those lines that separate each letter. They look very attractive to the human eye. Remember that we are visual ◕‿↼
