Happy 2017 to everyone from the whole Swipes team!
New update of the infrastructure of Swipes. Due to the service provider - Parse.com, shutting down, we had to make an update that will allow the app to keep running for all our users.
Upon opening the app after this update, you will be asked to log in with your credentials. Please, do so in order to have your Swipes running again.
For all Swipes users who've been testing the app in 'Try Out' mode, there is no required action after you update the app.

Great app for focusing and dissolving the feeling of overwhelm

It's just fantastic that this app lets you schedule things to come up at a later time. I have used almost a dozen other productivity apps in search of one that does everything I want it to do. None exist, not even this one. However, when you look at what helps you actually get stuff done, the essential and simple nature of this is great. I originally thought that it was a disadvantage to not have category lists. However, the major advantage is that you see the whole list and nothing gets lost. Then enters the powder of the tags! You can tag and then filter, even use multiple tags. That makes it so flexible. The value of this process seems almost immeasurable. I have experienced more inner peace using this. Hope you do too.

Nice, simple and sophisticated to do list

Swipes is a very helpful task list app. I appreciate its simplicity (just three lists: past, present and future) and its sophistication (filterable by tags/categories, searchable by words) and the fact that the past tasks marked as done are still available for review and don't just disappear. Also, pop up reminders keep me engaged with my tasks as needed when I'm not looking at the list.

The simple interface makes it easy to enter tasks, and, since the data lives in the cloud, I can review and update my list on the iPhone or iPad and it's always up to date! (I am looking forward to trying the web app - and maybe even printing the list!)

Great platform with 0 updates. Too much competition now.

I initially loved this App several years ago. The feature set and the way it’s layed out is quite intuitive. However, the App (and developers I guess) have really failed at continuing to make progress on this app and provide any useful updates to the App. The app now is a bit stale and there are many other Apps out there that are function without glitches. First of all, an App that can’t sync directly with IOS reminders and requires a third party app such as Evernote is one thing but it continues to be buggy and average at best. Integration with email doesn’t work consistently and finally, the upgrade button ont the App says that a pro version will be out soon. That button has been saying that for years !!! The layout is so good that I would settle for consistent syncing to my ipad and mac but even that is quite buggy at best. Time to move on :(
