This is the app for you!😄

I love this app! It has helped me feel more efficient. I am a bit more motivated during the day, I also love how you can make your own custom workout!😉 I would highly recommend this to people. It has a setting that allows you to set notifications, so if you were to miss a day of working out it will notify you to try again the next day or two or however many days later. I also ladies how before you work out, let's just say it's light cardio, you can choose how long you would like to do that exercise! Even in that you can set five second delays on each activity within that exercise. It's amazing!

I'm sorry if this is getting too long but there is so much to talk about. If you want a good, excuse me, Great workout app than I would suggest that you get this one.

I really enjoy working out, used to do Crossfit and play soccer until I tore my ACL. I just had surgery 4 months ago and this app is perfect for getting myself back
Into shape. I love that you do not have to plan ahead before a workout because this app does that for you! If you don't like an exercise then you can just skip it. Haven't tried the yoga yet but the strength one is nice. Only downfall is that if you do a 20 min workout sometimes you are repeating a few of the same exercises. It's not big deal for me but I could see some not liking that. But hey, it's a great free app! Get your butts moving!

As a person slowly getting into fitness I can truthfully say this app is amazing and helpful. I've done insanity, T25, fitness classes, and fitness videos and overall this is my favorite. The workouts are completely at your pace and you learn a variety of different workouts. Customizing your own is incredibly helpful and being able to manage your time is a bonus! I love that there are no distracting talks and you can focus at your own pace and listen to your own music. Just started two days ago but it makes working out a little less stressful and competitive!
