Best fitness app ever!!
HOLY MOLY. This new update is INCREDIBLE. You can now set basically every timing option yourself-intervals, pauses, breaks, and set the order if exercises if you want! Can't believe this app is still only 99c it does so much more than other more expensive apps! Thank you!! If you're new to the Pro version of Sworkit, you also get the exercises spoken to you and you can save your own custom workouts e.g. no jumping or for injury recovery. Sworkit is the excuse killer for not working out: you don't need any equipment, you can do just 5min at a time and since the sequence is new every time you work out, you don't get bored. Love that it syncs with MyFitnessPal AND you can get real rewards (coupons for actually good stuff!) for completing a workout. Motivation, coaching and rewards. Sworkit has it all.
One of my favorites
Excellent App. Very easy to use. I agree with the previous reviewer who said there should be some pulling exercises for the back. Another suggestion - settings for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Love the App. Update: I noticed some bugs with the latest update. The developer answered my Email quickly and said he will fix the problem(s) and submit an update to the App Store. Can't get any better service than that. I also like the app uses a small amount of storage space compared to other exercise apps. Still a great 5 star app.
You need this app!
I dare say this app would be good for everybody. Even if you do just 5 min of stretching once in a while - that would be a positive thing. The day, week and month stats are clear and you can take comfort or motivation in those bar charts. The pictures of exercises are quite clear and the embedded videos come up quickly when you need a more demonstration.
Buy this - and you'll be loving when the trainer says: "take a 30 second break"
