Control your workouts and track your real-time heart rate from start to finish. We’ll calculate your average and peak heart rate so you can know when you are getting the most out of your workout. Watch OS2 is required for heart rate detection.
Training note: For safe training, try not to go over 85% of your Max HR. If you don’t know what your maximum heart rate (BPM) is, try this simple equation for an estimate: Max HR = (220 – your age)
This update also includes additional improvements to the downloading of new exercises and workout completion. If you are still having issues with new videos, a reinstall will correct this problem.

great work out app
This is a great work out app! I was searching for one to use for my online gym class, and this one stood out right away. I really enjoyed the different categories of exercises that this app includes. As someone who doesn't want to spend money for the expensive prices of yoga classes, I really enjoyed experiencing various yoga exercises that the app provided. Also, I love how I could play music in the background. I am someone who needs to listen to music while working out in order to stay pumped and motivated! Lastly, it was nice that the app announces when you have 10 seconds left in the current exercise and announces what the next exercise will be. One thing that bothered me is the limitation of exercises within each category. After a while of using the app, the routines get repetitive. Overall, it is a great workout application and I recommend it to any athletes or people who just want to get into shape.
Good workout app, but has room for improvement on variety
I like how this app has a remarkably simple and convenient user interface and organizes the exercises into four categories. In addition, I like how the app has five-second transitions to notify the user of what the next exercise will be. However, Sworkit can have more additional various activities in each of the four categories. It can get a little repetitive and boring. One suggestion I have for Nexercise is to add the option for app users to choose which specific workouts they can do for a certain time period. Other than that, I recommend this fitness app for users who want to facilitate their workout session and burn some calories.
Just What I Needed
Sworkit is exactly what I needed to motivate me to MOVE. The workouts are short so I can do as many as I have time for. Love the fact that these exercises are doable even for me (a 30 pound over weight 55 year old). Love the count down as I progress through each exercise. Love the advanced hint of what is coming up next. Love the 30 second break after several minutes. The only thing I can think to improve on is having a calorie counter so I can put calories burned into my weight loss app. Otherwise... spot on. Thank you!
