Just choose what part of the body to workout and for how long. Options include strength training, cardio, stretching, yoga, and even an option to create custom workouts.

Sworkit = awesome workout app

Why I love Sworkit: because it is the excuse killer!! You don't need any equipment or gym and the shortest workout is 5min so you can always fit in a workout. Also because other workout apps have you do the same routine over and over, but Sworkit is a different sequence every time. Love that it syncs with MyFitnessPal too! New update allows you to enable a transition pause right from the time screen. PS if you get the Pro version, it speaks out the exercises to you!

Sworkit gets you in shape!

Sworkit is my favorite workout app. It's easy to use and the workouts are awesome. Each move comes with a video so that you can get the move down and I am always sore the next day when I do the strengthening ones (especially legs and abs!!). There is also an aspect of cardio so it gets your heart rate up and whips you into shape!

Best workout app available

Love this type of circuit workout. I can use this anywhere I want and it always makes for a great workout without any equipment. Perfect for using at home and while traveling. Cardio, yoga, strength training, custom designed workouts, awesomeness. Definitely upgrading for $0.99!!!
