Happy isn't even the exact word I want to say that I am right now. I am much more than this. I'm elated actually. I have been taking care of myself a lot more than I have ever been with this app and I was never the one to exercise. It has given me the boost to stay happy and healthy and energetic. Not only that but I'm liking my figure day by day as I continue to do this and that is a lot to say because I am so insecure about myself but that is changing now. Guys, I know exercising seems like such a hassle but if you really have nothing to do and you're bored and whatnot, go for it. It's not that bad once you get into it and take it step by step. Don't push yourself too far but enough so you, yourself, can see results. Use this app and I guarantee it will be amazing. Not only that but there is a lot of yoga exercises that calms your body. Go for it because I believe in you and so does this app. Hear it from someone who has used this personally. Oh and a plus side, it rewards you for your exercises!! Points to get you things that would cost lots of money!! If you've taken your time to read this, thank you and I hope you keep this in mind.

Great app! I'm not someone that used to work out regularly, but this app has really helped me get over my resistance. It's motivation because the structure of the workouts is fast-paced and intensive yet manageable. I like the different options so I can customize and vary my workout whether that's the type of exercise or the length. It's also helped me find some new exercises as opposed to the same basic sit-ups and push-ups, although the app includes those as well. I highly recommend it, but maybe not for someone who is looking for something that takes them to the next level. I like that there is no equipment required, but others may want something else. It's perfect for people that don't have a lot of time, people who are just starting out, and for someone who is looking for some good warm-up exercise.

Great app, BUT 1 thing...

I used to use the app Pump Up for my workouts and when i found this i felt like it would be the same... but nope! It's better! These workouts have me sweating like a pig in the first 15 minutes haha! BUT, one thing is the transition time... For example, when i do crunches and finish them it gives me 5 seconds to get up and get ready for the next workout. I think it should be longer, because for me I'm a little bit bigger so it takes a little bit more than 5 seconds to get up haha. Overall great app! I also LOVE how it reminds me to get active even if it's not a full workout. I also love that you can customize your workout so YOU can choose the exercises :)! Not like pump up where they have the same exercises over and over lol! 5 stars all the way :)
