SWRemote is the mobile application for Successware®21; it enables field service technicians to work remotely from the field and send data directly to the back office. In the same way, the office can dispatch and make changes to work orders that notify the appropriate technician in real time. SWRemote allows the user to become a paperless office while providing technicians with more tools for the job.
SWRemote provides technicians with customer history notes before they arrive on a job to give a better understanding of customers’ needs and present upgrade opportunities. SWRemote allows users to capture data and complete forms even when there is no internet access; information will be uploaded once an internet connection is re-established.
SWRemote has an easy-to-use interface, that can be managed completely from a tablet/smartphone or from the desktop app. You’ll get set up easily with the help of a Pointman Customer Success team member, and can get started right away.

Not tech friendly
There is no notification when a job hits your schedule so you have to login and check every so often or you will miss a call.
You cannot look at pictures of a job unless you are logged in to that job as an assignment. You can only read the history.
Salesman cannot create a proposal from the app with multiple options unless you add an additional app which cost more per user per month, but they are integrated... why not just combine the two and charge more.
Invoicing works well and the signature and payment are good.
Needs some fixes
The older version was better. This one won't let you call a phone number in the app, will log you out every half hour or less, you can't see the parts as you are typing them on the iphone 4. Works ok but definitely needs an update.
Slow Since Update
App has been slow or getting stuck since app update and iOS9 update. Doesn't always want to login, complete jobs, sync new jobs, or switch from dispatched. I have to close and reopen the app due to some malfunction almost every call each day.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
