This is a great way to exercise with this preset timer that records a history of my workouts and that does keep me motivated. I've heard about this workout technique and starting doing it slowly since I found this app today!
This app is useful. I do 4 minutes training each time. I do high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. I always use this app.

Please Fix the Watch App
I specifically purchased this app because of the watch feature. Super bummed! First, the watch needs to be in range of the phone (which does not make sense -- other apps such as FitList can be used independently of the phone). Second, even when the phone is within range (like 3 feet or less away from the watch) the watch app freezes and can't be used because it says it is disconnected. Even the phone version keeps glitching after each set. I am really disappointed. My Tabata workout was a fail today because I had to keep stopping to trouble shoot for a paid app. This is a great concept that I was willing to pay for, but as of today it is only worth one star for being visually appealing. Please fix this app and I will gladly update my review. I would love to give five stars with an updated version.
Watch app is bad, rest is ok
Watch app keeps disconnecting and gets out of sync - very unreliable. The app is ok but I bought it for the watch functions and I need to look for something else. Needs more QA and refinement.
Really nice app. Simple and clean interface. Super easy to use.
