What's New in Version 3.0.4
Taco Bell card balance automatically refreshes. That’s refreshing.
Some bug fixes. No big.
Best thing ever.
I absolutely love this app. It's great. I wish more fast food restaurants would come up with something like this. When you first download the app, it asks you to make an account or you can use Facebook and after that it uses your location to find Taco Bell restaurants around you. Then you can use the app to order your food. I love this because it's easier when it comes to having large orders especially like me with a family of 7 or more and when they want it with extras or without something. After you have your order you just continue to scan your card or use a Taco Bell card. Then once you arrive at Taco Bell you select on the app if you want to pick it up through the drive thru or inside and I chose to go through the drive thru and it was really easy. I told them at the speaker that I was using the app and the man read me my order word for word and told me to pull up at the window and it was steaming hot waiting on me. Definitely a great app. If you love Taco Bell get the app. It makes things so much easier by far.
I used to love this.
Before this app came out I rarely ate at Taco Bell. I know exactly how I want my food, but the employees could never get it right, and we're always so confused I just got so frustrated I stopped eating here.
I absolutely loved this app when it came out. I was finally able to eat the way I wanted, and the employees weren't confused anymore, in fact they hooked it up almost everytime!
However for the past 2-3 weeks, the app won't work. It won't let me add certain foods to my order, won't apply coupons, and even when I can finally get my order right, it won't let me send my order in.
It's frustrating. I've even gotten passed the order section and gotten to the drive thru only to have the app not remember that I made an order even though the money has been taken from the bank. The employees are always helpful in fixing the mistake but it's insanely irritating.
Since my app has stopped working the quality of the food in my orders has gone down, sadly, I think I will wait for an update until I eat here again.
Could Have Had Potential
I decided to download this to save time and the lines for went I went to lunch during school. I thought this was a great idea. I was sadly mistaken. first off, the app wouldn't let me create an account. I finally got tired of messing with it, and used the "I'll order once" option. while ordering, I had no problem. I found what I wanted and easily added it to the cart. soon after, I was asked to put in a card. my boyfriend and I were ordering together, so I decided to use his information. after entering two different card numbers, I still couldn't submit the order. he received a text from his bank, notifying him twice for the charges. still unable to submit the order, I waited for it to load. shortly after, it went back to the menu screen, deleting my order and taking my money. $22 was practically stolen from my boyfriend, and the terms and service likes to include that any card information is at your own risk, and you cannot be reimbursed. definitely wouldn't recommend this app.
