Good app with some room for improvement
I use this app about 85% of the times I eat at Taco Bell. The app itself is easy to use and has never given me any problems. It is aesthetically pleasing and it remembers that I prefer Mexican pizzas without tomatoes and that I want my burritos grilled.
As for improvements, I would really like to see a feature added that makes the availability of menu items like breakfast foods and black beans more clear. At every Taco Bell I've been to, they stop preparing black beans at 11pm, but it is still possible to order menu items containing black beans after that time. It would also be nice if individual stores could add some sort of alert or notification system to let you know if they're out of any ingredients. I have encountered stores that were out of everything from biscuit tacos to Mexican pizza shells and once visited a store that was out of beef. Since I had ordered in the app and already paid for my food, the staff then had to try to find acceptable substitutions for the items that were unavailable. A way to let customers know that items are out of stock beforehand would benefit both the customers and the employees. It would also be nice to be able to indicate that you would like items to be grilled a little longer than normal. My husband and I like our crunchwraps and burritos well done.
Overall, this app is simple to use and nice to look at, but it should never stop improving. :)
I can't Taco Bellieve it!
The interface of this app is simply beautiful. I'll admit, I had very low expectations of an app coming from Taco Bell. No offense, Tbell, but I don't associate your establishment with cutting edge technology. Until now. You are not only at the forefront of delicious and affordable Mexican entrees, you are also now pioneering the experience of in app purchasing and digital convenience for fast food.
Okay, enough of the fluff. The app is intuitively easy to use, surprisingly easy to assemble an order, and offers discounts that make using the app worthwhile. I am an occasional Taco Bell visitor, but I would definitely say my visit frequency has been bumped up a notch (well done Tbell). The only problem I've experienced is the app crashing a couple times during the checkout process. Otherwise, no problem.
For those 1-star haters below, your misguided comments and ignorant rants are simply unjustified and borderline ridiculous. I can understand a 4, maybe 3 star rating if something went wrong, but a 1 star is so far off in left field that I can only assume you meant to rate another app. Here's to trying 🌮
Bull crap useless app!!!
I have the same problem as User Tinas321 entitled you broke it!!!!! All the same problems. And not just since the update. I have had that issue ever since I down loaded the app and never been able
To read the menu items because u need to select a location, u get sent to the map and no locations pull up. Defeats even trying to think of the food if you can't read the menu ahead of time to know what you want to eat and order when u don't know what any of it is.... Unlike Lordtacobellwhore I don't eat that much fast food and am not familiar with the menu or food at Taco Bell. But they are not winning me over as a customer or buyer when I can't even use the app to read the menu... If I could read the menu without selecting a location. It would be a lot better. And than when I know I want to find a Taco Bell. Have a location. Search feature to than have the map find one near me. This defeats it all not being able to read a menu. The menu is the most important thing to a foodie or customer. Reading and seeing pictures makes the eyes send a signal
To your brain saying " eat want yes". Not able
To feel that. Instead I'm crabby and frustrated and am also going to mc ds like the other users mentioned
