What's New in Version 1.0.1
Various bug fixes
Does what it says but still has a bug that, Well, bugs me....
.. Often it seems to crash and do nothing and if you attempt multiple times to tag a pic, suddenly the app will complete each request and you end up with multiple copies of the picture. This is bad when you are tagging multiple pics at the same time.
If they add a 3, 5 and 10 second automatic timer to take pics to the app and fix the bug this app would be a five star
Major bug tagging existing images - FIXED
UPDATE: The geo bug was fixed in version 1.0.1.
UPDATE: Apparently the sign isn't reversed, it is dropped, for I've been informed it works properly in China 😄
The devs are working on the bug. I suspect it will be fixed in the first update and am changing my rating to reflect their immediate response to my report.
The app is simple and easy to use however I've found one major bug in the initial release...
When tagging an existing image the program reads the EXIF data to get the location. In doing so it reverses the sign of the longitude. For example, images taken in Arizona are tagged with a location in China.
I hope the developer keeps working on it. What I don't like: 1 why no JPEG support for logo? 2. Why include a camera? 3. If you tag an existing photo it makes a copy. Photographers take a lot of photos. I don't want double the amount of photos to deal with. 4. I process my photos first, so again, I won't use this camera. This idea has potential.
