Best Tai Chi App 🇨🇳
I absolutely love this app and have been using it for a few years. It is very simple to use and relaxes the entire body from head to toe. It explains exactly what to do with text, pictures, and audio if you want to listen instead. It also plays a relaxing soundscape type song, with gently flowing water and birds in the background. You can choose from three levels as well; which basically adds more repetitions of each exercise. You will feel rejuvenated after only 15mins or less. Awesome after a long day's work!
I really enjoy using this app, I am doing a consistent focus on my health and this app helps tremendously with some ailments I have been told exist with-in my flesh, such as arthritis.
