Excellent introduction

The text, pictures, and verbal instruction allow for a very slow introduction to the practice, which is as it is meant to be learned. The point is truly learning so that eventually you don't need the voice, and eventually don't need the visual cues either, of course. This app allows for that process to happen gradually. It supports the total beginner who can't access a class yet wants to get it right from an app. The instructions and explanations combine to avoid improper form. Even after learning the forms, opening the app for the music as accompaniment enhances practice when my environment could otherwise be distracting or I'm switching gears from work to home.

Voice of instruction is clear and precise with verbal instruction easy to follow. Voice is pleasant. It is a female voice and there is an accent, which some reviewers don't like so I mention in case you are averse to hearing accented English. Working in a diverse area and having lived my life around people of a variety of ethnic backgrounds, I find the voice easy to understand and I enjoy it, in fact. The voice is soft and patient sounding to me.

Best Tai Chi App 🇨🇳

I absolutely love this app and have been using it for a few years. It is very simple to use and relaxes the entire body from head to toe. It explains exactly what to do with text, pictures, and audio if you want to listen instead. It also plays a relaxing soundscape type song, with gently flowing water and birds in the background. You can choose from three levels as well; which basically adds more repetitions of each exercise. You will feel rejuvenated after only 15mins or less. Awesome after a long day's work!

A very nice melody with a voice-over that makes you feel like you are training with someone special. While it was a little simple at times, I was surprised to find how stretched I was and I can climb stairs better when I follow my Aftershock workout with this restful, cortisol-level reducing stretch routine. I do wish there was more for the legs as stretches not strength routines because I have just finished strength training when I do this and all I do is quiver on level II.
