Best Tai Chi App 🇨🇳


I absolutely love this app and have been using it for a few years. It is very simple to use and relaxes the entire body from head to toe. It explains exactly what to do with text, pictures, and audio if you want to listen instead. It also plays a relaxing soundscape type song, with gently flowing water and birds in the background. You can choose from three levels as well; which basically adds more repetitions of each exercise. You will feel rejuvenated after only 15mins or less. Awesome after a long day's work!

My Story with Tai Chi


It all started in 2016 when I moved to China to learn Chinese. It was my first trip to a land with such a different culture, and I was mesmerised by everything I saw.

One morning, I got up very early. At a park, I saw some Chinese people moving in the most peaceful way. When I asked what that was, they said: “tai chi.” Soon after that I started to look for Tai Chi Classes and Apps. Then I found this app. I love the music, love the design, and I also shared it with those Tai Chi practicor. Now I've been back home. Whenever I start the app, I start imagine my day in Chinese Park doing Tai Chi...



A very nice melody with a voice-over that makes you feel like you are training with someone special. While it was a little simple at times, I was surprised to find how stretched I was and I can climb stairs better when I follow my Aftershock workout with this restful, cortisol-level reducing stretch routine. I do wish there was more for the legs as stretches not strength routines because I have just finished strength training when I do this and all I do is quiver on level II.
