Different kid of exercise

If you want to practice or learn Tai Chi, this app helps you like an instructor. Slow exercise is different kind of exercise. Instead of fast pace you do everything in a calm matter. This kind of exercise relaxes your body and mind.
You could see all exercise routines as illustrations which are easy to understand. Also instead of reading what to do, you could use voice commands.

Good, but ...

Positions, sequence, and breathing well explained. However, the voice over is terrible. Obviously the person had the mike way too close to their mounth, causing buzzing and fuzzing. Also the voice over volume is too loud destroying the ambiance created by the background music.

Nice

This is a very nice little app for stress reduction. I like it because it’s step by step and i understand very well how it works. Its very nice to have someting like this on my Macbook.
