Liked it but it was too short for the money
Good concept and story line, too short for the money though
Good game, short, but worth 1.99 😍👍😍
I bought this game during the Holiday Sale. It is very short and amusingly had absolutely no coherent plot, but that honestly didn't bother me since it was very pretty and bug free. I like these stress-free games for early morning or winding down, so this game was perfect for me.
I tend to play these games slowly and in short bursts. This took me three days; it might take others an hour or two.
It also has a very impressive level of customization! 😊
You can adjust not just music and sound effects, you can actually turn individual characters on and off. Plus, instead of just having two options like "casual" or "expert," this game lets you decide on each aspect: you can have sparkles and locations on but hide item lists. Or you can turn off all assistance, but set the hint button to recharge quickly. You can switch any of the options individually or as groups at any point, so that makes it possible to start playing in the hardest mode, but switch help on quickly to make sure you haven't missed anything.
I highly recommend it at its current price of $1.99. I really liked looking at the illustrations (had that eerie Myst feel despite not having any of the complexity) and will likely play it again at some point.
G5 iPhone games cost more than Big Fish Games because G5 Games ARE BUG FREE!💘
I only stated playing video games when I got my iPhone. I was baffled as to why Big Fish only charged from $.99-$3 for "CE" games (CEs are longer and have at least one bonus chapter), while G5 almost always charged $5 no matter how long the game was.
Now I know why: G5 tests their games before releasing them to make sure they never crash.
G5 games are flawless.
Big Fish Games, over the years, have wound up costing more as you can pay for a game only to find a bug that makes it impossible to complete or even play the games. A few Big Fish Games crash immediately after paying.
Yes, G5 games cost more but they never crash and are much smaller meaning you can keep lots of them on your phone. Ironically their small size makes them CEs. Big Fish games are so large that they must be regularly deleted. You lose all your progress thus defeating the point of purchasing a CE. Plus, Big Fish is stripping ALL their CEs games of their integrated strategy guides in order to force people to install their navigator.
I am changing all my reviews to reflect my opinion that G5 games (with the exception of Lost Souls) are a much better value than Big Fish Games.
