You say there are bad controls? That's the fricking point. It takes skill to get 13 kills in a 2 player bots-on match without dying, something I have only managed once. I didn't make an alliance. Bad controls make the game hard. Is this Royal Revolt? I don't believe so. If you had a D-Pad, it would have no challenge and no appeal. Amazing game, I have only found one problem. The tank AI. A two year old could have spotted it, it is so blindingly obvious. Make it more diverse, or harder to spot, or just not in such a pattern. Other than that, good game, hats off to you, keep making amazing games.
Good Game, Bad Controls
This game is very fun and unique, but the game gets very boring, frustrating, and uninteresting because of the one button control feature. You hold the button to travel forward and shoot your tanks gun, and when you don't hold it rotates a either clockwise or counter-clockwise (it switches every time you press/hold the button). I know that it is probably very difficult to make good controls for a 4 player game like this, but it is a must have if this game is to go anywhere. As of now, I advise you do NOT buy this game and wait for the controls to be fixed.
Good game, bad controls? I think not!
Just rolling through the comments for this game I get a nice laugh. Of the games that this company has made, they all have one touch controls. The controls are supposed to be bad, that's the point. Same goes for games like octodad and surgeon simulator. It's the terrible controls that make the game fun!
