Customer Reviews

needs updating

When trying to make a purchase, the app will tell have a random error message stating that my address is invalid . This error message is very frustrating because I have to just press purchase repeatedly until it finally goes through. This happens 70% of the time. Also, the option to add an online item to your shopping list makes no sense when it limits the character description of the item. So, the listed item will make no sense to me the next time I view my list and you can't even click on it to reference the item again with a picture. Plus, the "enlarged" thumbnails really aren't large enough to get a good look at what you're purchasing. Also, if items are unavailable for purchase in-store or online , they should be removed until their available again.

Needless update

The new interface prioritized item name and price when I'm trying to shop visually on my little screen iPhone --- why are the thumbnails so small? I'm not sure why 2/3 the width of the screen is occupied with the item name and price when you're shopping. I also would like to be able to access categories of products in some way instead of searching. Why would I type "pants" only to select a category (when if I had categories available I could go straight to it)? Not sure who is maintaining this app but I would say the corners they've cut to make it load fast cost me the enjoyment in shopping it.

Takes forever

I went to track an order and 10 minutes later I'm still waiting for it to load in safari. Why it doesn't let me track it in the app is beyond me. There's not point in this app if it takes this long to see where my order is.

I also find it less than friendly trying to put things in my cart or select colors. Some things were out of stock but I didn't know until I was on my computer.

May have to dump this.
