TaskOrganizer - App with a new approach to the management of tasks lists.
The possibility of dividing tasks lists into various areas will help you to sort all your tasks and easily get access to them. For each area, you can give a rate of the current situation, set an icon and choose a colour.
Making up collections of tasks, you can separately keep and work with the tasks for the day, month, year and even with aims for a whole life. With the help of the project settings, you can set your own collections you need.
The most simple function of a random choice of the next task will help you to do more tasks daily. The app allows you to make a choice from all the tasks or from the tasks with pointed priority.
- Customizable areas
- Unlimited set of collections tasks
- Multiple projects
- “Accelerator productivity”
- Setting priorities for the task
- Adding tags for task
- Percentage of each area
- Percentage of all the collection on the whole
- Pleasant not boring interface with a coloured circle in the center.

Major Task Organizer
After complicating this like it seems most others did as well, I realized it is very simple. This is more for long term goals than day to day really. Change the Major names, if you like, or wait a bit. Don’t worry about the % the app deals with that. You can categorize, or not as you like. To find the tasks you’ve listed click the number in bottom left. Then as you finish the app tells you % done of that list. If you use the categories it will tell you which has the biggest % accomplished, which has the biggest % left to be done, etc. A simple app for complicated people because we are the only ones who sit and make long categorized lists of what we need to get done. Lol It also lets you prioritize the tasks. So list away and let the app do the work. What a novel idea!
This is helping me feel more motivated
I just downloaded this today because I need some kind of external motivator to get (especially mundane) things done. It's too soon to tell how well this will work for me, but so far I'm liking it and feeling more motivated and getting more done. I agree with the previous reviewer that it could use a tutorial, but nonetheless I've been able to figure it out with a little trial and error. I also like that it allows me to plan for today, this week and longer term. I also like that it reminds me to put effort into different kinds of areas (eg physical environment, romance, business, health, etc) to help with life balance.
The divisions clearly meant something to the developer, but without a tutorial they're meaningless to me. I don't understand why I would want 27 todo lists instead of just one.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
