The customer will be able to request Tawseel service either via Tawseel mobile application or by calling the Tawseel call center. He will choose the services he would like to be served, the time that is suitable for him and the location that he will be at. The Tawseel vehicle will be on his premises on time and will serve all his needs in a luxurious working space.
Taw-seel app has received an update that includes the following:
- A fresh new design for the app.
- When the customers submit an immediate request, they will be prompt with the estimated arrival time before booking the vehicle.
- Ability to set the preferred communication channel from settings.
- Users will not be able to cancel the request after start serving starts.
- In case the user cancelled the request, the user will be prompt to select a cancelation reason.
