Description
With the Taxiphone Genève app you can easily order your taxi in Genève. Our taxis are 24/7 at your disposal. You can always get a Taxiphone taxi within 5 minutes.
See the driver and car that will pick you up. Follow your driver, send him or her a message and let us know how you experienced your trip by rating your driver.
In the log book you can find your order history and digital receipts.
And now we support Siri. Would you like to give it a try? Tell Siri: “Order a taxi with Taxiphone Genève.”
After downloading you can order your taxi immediately. Create an account to save your trips, add your favorite destinations and add your payment method.
Watch your taxi approaching and see at what time it will arrive. If you enter your destination, you’ll also get an estimation of the price and the duration of the ride. Of course, it is also possible to make a reservation. There are some additional options, like taking extra luggage, bringing your pet or bringing some extra friends.
After ordering your ride, you can see your assigned driver and the license plate of the taxi. When you’ve finished your ride, you can let us know how you experienced your ride by rating your driver.
The Taxiphone Genève app is part of taxi.eu. Therefore it’s possible to order your taxi in more than 100 cities in Europe with the Taxiphone app.

Nice App, no French needed!
I was nervous to rely on an app ordered anything in CH but I trusted it more than my French to ensure I got an early pickup. The app is Uber- like and intuitive, great service, prices ...well it's Geneva
Highly unreliable
I have been using the app for many years but two weeks ago in Geneva it simply did not work. First I ordered a taxi from my hotel and it could not tell me where the taxi was and whether it had arrived. When I called the taxi driver he was waiting at the back door and eventually made it to the front door. When I booked the car in advance for a 8:50am pick up at the hotel, it showed up 10 minutes late, picked up the wrong passenger. Totally unreliable and makes services like Uber a very welcome option for the consumers.
Great to order a taxi in advance
I booked my taxi in advance and it was waiting for me on time. Overall satisfied it’sfaster than going through the call line. One thing to improve would be to cancel how it sends pop ups every time it recognises my adress (not needed), but overall good !
