If I could rate lower than 1 Star I would, this app and bank for that matter are awful, I checked this app one night and had $140 in my account, the next morning when I checked I had $204. I went to the bank to see how I magically got $60 put into my account, the lady there and I spend a half hour totaling up all my deposits and transactions several times and the $204 was correct, and I found out that the app had been wrong several times before this, so just to double check she went int my account and confirmed I had $204. With this extra $60 I decided to take my girlfriend to the cider mill, after every transaction, no matter how big or small, I checked the app to make sure it was keeping up on everything, and it was. Last night when I checked I had $120 in my account, I made 2 more transactions of $45 and $8.95, after checking again I still had about $72 and some change left, everything was fine, then today when I checked my account I am down to $7.94...so I went back to the bank again and that magic $60 just disappeared and they have no idea where it came from or where it went, and they have no idea where we got $204 and that everything is wrong, so now I have $8 to my name, bills to pay in the morning, and I don’t get paid till the end of the week so I am completely screwed, I am switching banks after all of this

I like the app, but it took awhile for my other apps to be able to use this app to link to my investment accounts. You guys did fix it though. Also my touchid stopped working when you guys updated as well as I don’t like the dashboard where I have to check all my transactions. It only shows 7, you should show more. Plus search feature needs to show transactions with keyword. I couldn’t get that to work. The online statements are easier to get to and I like that. But there are a few usability things that need tweaked. Also not app related, I signed up for this bank because of its 7 days a week status. You guys now have normal bank hours which is really messed up. You sucked us in with that and then completely jumped on the bandwagon of other banks. But I have to say you guys have the best bank cards with the tap purchases so I will stick around for that reason. Also why would my bank charge me more than Walmart and the corner store to get a money order? Makes life harder and another stop to make. You guys need to fix that.
Wow! I am impressed!
First of all let me start off by saying that I did not expect much of this app after seeing all the bad reviews. But after testing it out, I have to say that I love it. Everything is easily accessible and easy to find. It is allot more updated than the last TCF bank app and looks very nice. Also the letters seem to be allot bigger than the last app and can be seen allot easier. But I have to say I am MOST IMPRESSED by that you can deposit checks doing as little as taking a picture. It was sooo easy and took seriously not even a minute to do. I've seen allot of people say it wasn't working for them but I didn't have that problem at all. So maybe they have fixed this glitch now? I'm not exactly sure but all I can say is that it works wonderfully! Anyway, I just wanted to put a good review on here for anyone that was hesitant about getting this app, to say that I think this is a great banking app and you should really give it a shot! 🙂
