Have used the app for over a year, but today it stopped working on my iPhone X. Within seconds of logging on the app crashes. Rebooted phone. Didn’t fix the problem. Deleted the app and reinstalled and rebooted the phone and it still won’t work. Have no idea what changed, but now the app is completely nonfunctional. When it’s working it’s spartan, but gives you access to your account balances and positions, as well as transaction history. Won’t allow you to trade via the app.
People, the key word is “Institutional”
Seems like most of these reviewers don’t understand this is for the “institutional” side of TDA, so you will only have a login if you have an advisor at TDA.
With that said this desperately needs updated to format to iPhone X screen, Face ID, and refresh with live quotes. Right now I have to force quit the app then open again.
Decent Overview; Not Great For Day-To-Day
This app displays the main information you would see from the computer; however, some information does not display properly. Another issue is that when attempting to open the charts, the app crashes every time.
