Have used the app for over a year, but today it stopped working on my iPhone X. Within seconds of logging on the app crashes. Rebooted phone. Didn’t fix the problem. Deleted the app and reinstalled and rebooted the phone and it still won’t work. Have no idea what changed, but now the app is completely nonfunctional. When it’s working it’s spartan, but gives you access to your account balances and positions, as well as transaction history. Won’t allow you to trade via the app.
App works fine
I use this app mostly to deposit checks into my accounts. It works well for that purpose - no rejects or other problems with the deposits. I also check holdings and balances.
I ask so little and still you fail me
First, how may freaking TD Ameritrade apps are there??!!! I opened an account and I just want to see my balance - that’s all!
It took forever to figure out which app to use until I finally stumbled across this one. I sign in and it says I have $0 🤦🏻♂️
Meanwhile if I go to the website, I can see my balance... which is NOT $0.
