Needs batch select feature and other fixes. Email upload still broken.


This app needs a batch select feature for ease in tagging items. Another suggestion is smart tagging based on file types and other criteria. Also, the tags on the web version aren't transferring to the mobile version on iPad or iPhone. Items I've tagged are untagged and when I filter by untagged items, items I've tagged show up. Please fix.
UPDATE: now tags are no longer working unless you go under info. You can’t enter tags manually in the space for them. Your email upload feature now no longer works right either. My emails are returned with a message saying “Email address unrecognized by Team-One.

Please resend your note from the email address you have registered with Team-One.” The email address I used IS the one I registered with your service and I used the correct submission email as well. Can someone please explain to me why this is happening? I’m tempted to stop using this service on a regular basis because of the email upload defect.

Great Customer Service


This is a great app that we just started using in our business. The flexibility to collect and track information (and share it with others) is amazing. I was particularly impressed by their customer service. While we were still evaluating the app, the Intellinote team spent 90-minutes with us sharing ideas and solutions Intellinote could bring to our workflow. The best thing I can share is that over the recent holiday weekend I logged in to Intellinote and found a problem. I sent an email to Support asking that they contact me as soon as possible. Assuming I wouldn’t hear anything until the following Tuesday, I was amazed to get a phone call from Ronen Vengosh on Saturday night. He found the problem and corrected it that night. Great apps are only as good as the customer service that backs them and these guys do it right!
