Screen Resolution Missing... And now it's back
This was a terrific app that I used nearly every day for work. But suddenly the screen resolution setting is nowhere to be found when I connect. Strangely, resolutions are available before connecting, but none of them actully work anymore. My only option was to update, but that changed nothing. Now I really can't use the app, because the bottom fifth of the screen is blank and the rest is too small to be useful. Thanks so much.

Next morning edit: Hmm, the screen resolution just returned. I didn't do anything but plug my iPad in and go to bed. So, I changed my rating. I would give it 5 stars if weird things like this didn't happen. I guess it's like those times when the servers are down. Just wait. Should have a second remote desktop service to use in the meantime in case of something like this, but no other free apps have been good enough.
Just awesome
I've had this app for over a year now, and it's simply great. Being able to control my home computer from my laptop or my iPhone wherever I was, as long as I had wifi or data (it eats up data, but not out of the question in emergencies--it's like watching a video), is incredible. And I'm using it personally so it's all free which no other app can beat. Sure, the quality of the image is a bit low sometimes and there is occasional lag, but that's mostly due to a slow wifi or data connection, not the app itself. I wish I could also control the phone from a computer, but that's really not that important, and teamviewer does and excellent job with the products they release. After over a year, it's still a 5/5!
Intuitive and comprehensive controls
Has a well designed user input system that is more intuitive and gives faster access to a greater range of functions than other mobile remote access tools. Paired with good performance it functions well.
The double touch drag to pan is very finicky and gets very annoying to use; but I still agree with this as a choice for the function. It could easily be fixed if they made concurrent touch detection more forgiving.
