A dream for controlling multiple computers!

Garrett Jasek

This is a game changer for the IT world. I can leave my home PC and work PC on in their respective locations, while remotely logging in and having full access to both at any given time. I have reset servers as well as preloaded games on my personal PC all from a red light in the car. I am no longer tethered to a desk.

The only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating, is the fact that on IPhone, I cannot add or save a computer list. I have the option to do so, but every time I try and add a PC to the list, the app crashes... The second this is fixed, there is no doubt this will be a 5 star app!

Edit: I have found a work around. If you add the PC you want to save on the desktop app, it will appear in the mobile version as well!

Fantastic app (and new bug reports)

For me the UI is pretty close to being perfect. One feature request would be to permanently show the controls at the bottom, instead of toggling. Kinda awkward to have to tap two different things to bring up the keyboard. As for the bugs: sometimes a single tap registers as a double-click. Not sure when exactly, but I believe it coincides with lag, not sure whether from weak network connection or during high cpu load on the server. Other bug (which also happens from PC client): I’m no longer able to right-click any of the open application buttons on the taskbar (my TeamViewer server is running Windows 7).

Don’t pay for the premium account; the way they present features of this app is very deceptive. They charge the entire year at once and don’t let you cancel for any partial refund once users realized that they got fooled by the company. They told me that I can connect to unlimited devices and charged me $1,180 for the entire year upfront. Then I found out that I can only connect to one device at a time which makes the unlimited devices feature meaningless. They are much more expensive than similar products and lie about everything to get your money. The fact that they charge you upfront and won’t let you cancel is the the clear pattern of companies that are scamming customers. Horrible company.
