Terminator Genisys: Future War is a free-to-play mobile strategy game where the human Resistance is locked in a never-ending war with the machine army. Genisys is destroyed and Skynet is offline, but the future war is far from over. Engage in large-scale strategic warfare and rejoin the struggle between machine and man. Build your base, attack your enemies and pave the way to victory for your clan in tactical multiplayer.
Plarium, developer of the hit titles Vikings: War of Clans and Throne: Kingdom at War, has created a deep strategy MMO in the Terminator universe. Set directly after the events of the film, Terminator Genisys: Future War offers players a chance to reset the future with addictive gameplay, constant action, and massive clan warfare.
With two different playable factions, you can choose to take the role of a Resistance Commander or the leader of Skynet’s Core, and either save the last of humanity or crush it under your cybernetic heel.
John Connor is MIA, and the Resistance is broken. As a human commander, it is up to you to rebuild humanity’s most determined military force, find and recruit survivors to your cause, and stop the machines from reactivating Skynet. Or you can betray humanity and convert yourself to join the machine regiments.
Would you rather play as an unstoppable killing machine? With Skynet’s primary core offline, your secondary protocols are clear. Construct factories, find lost battle schematics and terminate the human threat once and for all. If you feel sympathetic to the human cause, you can decide to reprogram yourself and fight alongside the Resistance.
Both sides are fighting for their lives and defeat is not an option. Arm yourself with futuristic tanks, relentless infantry and devastating weapons - and win the future war once and for all!
NOTE: Terminator Genisys: Future War is completely free to play, but some in-game items can be purchased for real money. You can switch off the in-game purchase option in device settings. You need an Internet connection to play this game.

I’m a big fan of the terminator franchise and this game is boring as it can gets but
It’s a decent game nevertheless, until you reach level 12-16 once you pass those levels the times to upgrade your buildings, conduct research or upgrade your units gets absolutely ridiculous; let me explain: if your headquarters are in a level 20 and you want to upgrade to 21 it will take you almost 3 MONTHS to do so, because you’d have to meet the minimum requirements to upgrade a single building. Oh but you could spend a few bucks to buy one of the “lucrative offers “ that the game offers ($5-$20 Dollars) and then boom you can upgrade a SINGLE building, but wait that wasn’t enough to upgrade my troops or anything else, so it will literally take you YEARS (no joke) to be able to upgrade to be competitive. Like right now the waiting time to upgrade your headquarters from level 20 to level 21 takes an average of 7 weeks so yeah this game is beyond ridiculous. Don’t listen to the developers that advise you to “join a clan” or have strategy or the game is “free” they well know that you have to spend money on a regular basis to be competitive.

Thank you for your feedback! There are a lot of good bonus Items and Boosts that you can receive for taking active part in Competitions. Also there are several ways to reduce the time required for upgrade greatly. There are lots of strategies in the game. The path to victory is difficult, but Commanders who have patience achieve success!
Pay to play
While this game was fun, you have to spend money all the time to try to grow your base and troop quantities as you get leveled up that is. Once you basically hit a level 20 base, its time to start really spending money over and over again. You will gather resources to make troops and while doing that , prepare to have a person wipe all of your troops out only putting you back down in might. Then you have the option of spending money again to get your troops back only to have this cycle repeated again and again and again. $$$$$$$$$$$
I left my clan today and am not playing this any more. The game is designed to get you to buy over and over again. Your troops get killed off with no defense while farming and that keeps you on a treadmill of cha Ching! You got it!!! The sound of you having to pay to play. You can start from the bottom and start making troops again or buy back your troops. Not for me anymore. Good luck and spend you hard earned money away.

If you've just started playing and noticed you are not strong enough to compete with other Commanders , you should wait, join a Clan or create your own and help each other. This game is free to play. This means it is up to you to decide how to play: to spend no money and develop your own strategy or to speed up the process with some investments.
Could be worse, could be better
Yeah it’s p2p...but what isn’t these days? If anything it’s player burnout that’s the present issue. I like how i can usually spend 20 a wk and be shielded and restocked with leader power...which is really all you need as a lower lvl to safely contribute to your clan during events...but is it really necessary to do non-stop back to back events?
From the perspective of someone in a higher-ranking clan, this is what will eventually kill the proverbial goose laying the golden eggs that pay dev salaries. When more and more of those typically more committed and more likely to spend players are quitting, you’re probably doing something wrong.
My main suggestion is to let players freely move between dimensions and the clans within them. Or at the very least merge some dimensions that are filled with 1-3 clans with less than 50 active players and a ton of abandoned player bases.
This way, for instance - clans low in numbers can actually rebuild or merge with others to compete in events. Or players can opt to join clans based on how active they plan to be during events/if they feel like taking a break.
At the very least, it’d help revitalize interest instead of having nothing to look forward to besides the same non-stop war with no rest or deviation in sight.

Thank you for the complex review. We will send your feedback and all your suggestions to our developers team. It is important, as we release the updates according to players' wishes. Don't forget, there are a lot of strategies in the game. We believe that you will find your way to victory! Have a nice day!
