The TernioSwitch is a virtual Max Agent on your mobile device. Agents no longer need to be restricted to an office building.
All your field employees can be tied into your contact center by using the TernioSwitch. The app will increase efficiency and add to your customer’s support and experience. Harness your entire workforce.
To start, go to www.ternioswitch.com to register your company. Once registered, you can simply add agents individually or as a group giving them immediate access. Each agent logs into the TernioSwitch using their current InContact credentials.
HOW IT WORKS
Agents open the TernioSwitch App on their mobile device. Once the App is open, the agents control their available status on the go. They can switch from “Off Duty” to any specific state that the company has setup. They can transfer or conference calls to other agents on the team, as well as to any skill that has been setup. Marquees and company scripts popup keeping agents informed and on point.
