** PLEASE Read this first! **
This game is designed to be difficult to solve!! If you enjoy a true brain breaking puzzle, then this game is for you. However if baking your grey matter with excessive thought is not your thing, please pass on this game for one of the many many great casual games available in the app store!
** Think a dimension outside the box! **
Are you looking for a truly unique puzzle game experience?
Are you tired of playing the same old 2D & 3D games?
Then allow Tesseract to take you to the next level, as it welcomes you to the 4th Dimension!
Manipulate a 4 dimensional Tesseract, also known as a Hypercube, through a series of progressively harder levels, culminating in a 5th level of brain breaking difficulty. Easy to learn, and nearly impossible to master, with over 6.2x10^23 possible combinations, you may never play the same game twice.
Game play is simple. Pinch or unpinch a face to rotate the Tesseract on one of its 4th dimensional axis. Use a two finger swipe starting on a face to the left or right to rotate one of the 3D cube segments. With a one finger touch and drag you can rotate your view around the puzzle. With controls that easy, how hard could it be right? Give it a try, you will find out....
These is no timer, no move counter, and no score. It's just you, your brain, and a puzzle that will make your head hurt. Also, don't worry about life's interruptions, the puzzle status is automatically saved after every move, so feel free to play at your leisure, or amaze your friends with your gigantic brain by challenging them to see who can solve their puzzle the fastest.
This game may remind you of the cube puzzles from yesteryear, but its definitely not your daddy's cube.

** NOTES **
- If you are experiencing sluggish graphics performance on a 1st or 2nd generation device: Please go to the "Options Menu" and turn the "Glass Effect" to off. This feature tends to push the graphics capabilities of these devices below the targeted frame rate... Although, it looks pretty!
- Please forgive the "dead" website links in the How To section. Those will be resolved in the next update. They do not effect game play in any way.

Enjoyable, not as difficult as I'd hoped.
I found this a quite enjoyable puzzle! The controls took a bit of getting used to, but are very smooth and easy once you learn them!
I don't think it lived up to the hype when it comes to difficulty, but to be fair I'm the sort of nerd who solves a 7x7x7 Rubik's cube repeatedly. The one change I'd make: I wish it had defaulted to the hardest level, rather than automatically taking you to the easiest and letting you work up. The levels really build on each other, so that the second and final level seem about the same difficulty, if you've gone in order. Also, because you've had this nice, ordered approach to the solution, there's sadly not much need to solve it repeatedly: you already know all the moves by then.
This is a good puzzle, it kept me for a few hours. If you're really looking for a challenge, skip to the hardest level!
A brain dump from the creator...
Greetings all! I am "DigitalSynapses" the creator of Tesseract and ArcSpin, and I would like to leave you all a small "brain dump" about this game.
I designed this game for people that enjoy a real brain teaser. That being said, the "average" player may find this game too difficult to play. Please note that I do not use the word "average" to insult anyones intelligence, I simply understand it takes a unique kind of person to want to solve difficult puzzles, and this one is VERY HARD, and thus not for everyone.
If you find this game to "difficult" to play, please don't take it out on the app by leaving a horrible rating / review. It is designed to be difficult and give a challenge to those whom seek it. However, if you can fondly remember the first time you solved a Puzzle Cube, or enjoyed the challenge that was required to beat your father at chess, then this game is for you! Also, if you enjoy the game, PLEASE leave a rating / review saying so.
Special note to the reviewer named "Riled Up". I just want to say thank you for making the statement that I am not able to.
This is a perfect puzzle app, in terms of being something that isn't just a gimmick iPhone version of something that exists in a solid form.
This requires thinking on levels that the human brain cannot easily do. I'm a mathematician and I was challenged by this on the second difficulty. I gained an intuitive understanding of the structure of a tesseract where I previously only had an abstract one.
