Has some issues including one BIG one!

The new bill pay system is terrible. Takes FOREVER to send paper checks and they don't remove the funds right away like they used to. You have to wait for the check to be cashed. That's not an app issue though. The BIGGEST flaw that I've found is that when making a credit card payment the default is pay balance. So if you do not click a bullet point and hit submit you end up paying your entire credit card balance.
The app should either give a warning when not selecting a bullet point or default to something like minimum payment, which actually isn't even an option.


It gives me security questions and after I answer them all and name my image, it says that my nickname and password can't match (which they don't) and it will not let me past that screen. It's very frustrating because I used to be able to rely on the app so much but it hasn't worked for the past few months. I called and asked customer service and they told me to delete the app and download it again and that should reset it, but it continued to do the same thing.

This problem was solved for a few months and the same problem has reoccurred. This is very frustrating because I am unable to check my bank account, which is obviously a necessity.

Functional but..

Most of it is just a WebView that pulls in the mobile site. TouchID integration tho, makes it quick and easy. Mobile deposit works well also.

Would be nice to see a more native iOS app. the UI is a bit slow.

Also, really wish it would show full routing #, and account/member number, I usually have to pull that up in my notes app just to make a deposit at a branch.
