PLEASE UPDATE!!!

Update: Had to lower my original rating from 2 stars to 1. I'm not sure when I wrote the original review (it doesn't show me on the current screen), but I'm sure it was nearly a year ago and it STILL doesn't have Touch ID functionality! C'mon TFCU, your customers have been asking for this for far too long. We love you! Don't let us down. On top of that, the app almost never works!

Also, I've noticed that it takes an abnormally long time for debit/credit charges to post to the account. Coming from BOA, I'm used to an almost immediate balance refresh whenever I make a transaction which made spending a nearly stress-free experience. I realize that as a smaller financial institution, TFCU might not have the technological resources to match BOA's posting rate, but geez... It takes anywhere from 4-6 days for most of my transactions to post to the account! I know I should be keeping track of my purchases myself, but can you please make it a little easier?

This app is okay when it works, but it needs to be updated to support iOS 8 and the iPhone 6 and 6 plus. I just tried to deposit a check and the frames were completely off! Also, I hope you all are planning to add support for Touch ID and Apple Pay... It's frustrating when the financial institution you use can't seem to catch up to the competition. I don't want to leave Tinker, but I'd like the functions and mobile options that other banks/credit unions offer.

EDIT: Bad- needs some work.

I recently switched to TFCU from BancFirst and I absolutely love TFCU's service, but the app is lacking in comparison.

This app ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TouchID login. BancFirst implemented this into their app earlier last year and it works perfectly. It's very convenient and secure. This is the only finance app I currently use that does not support TouchID and that needs to change.

My only other criticism is the overall interface of the TFCU app. I feel that it needs to be modernized a bit, as it still looks and feels like an original iPhone app from 2009. Many icons look blurry and distorted on the 4.7" iPhone 6S screen.

TouchID login would instantly make this a 5-star app for me. An updated interface would be icing on the cake.

EDIT: After using this app for a while, I have knocked it down to one star. It constantly has login issues and will sometimes go for days before working correctly again. I realize this may also be an issue on the Home Branch server-side, but it is an issue that needs to be corrected. TFCU phone support for all things related to Home Branch (as well as credit/debit cards) is awful. The average wait time is more than 30 minutes, and when you're done waiting, you are then connected with some of the most unprofessional and rude people to ever work a call center. Between this faulty app and terrible phone support I am beginning to think I should move my business back to my old bank.

Needs a time-out feature

This app desperately needs a time-out feature rather than logging me out each time I switch to another app on my phone. I need to be able to switch over to my budgeting app, etc to check which bills to pay and confirm amounts. My other banking app keeps me logged in for a few minutes even when I switch to other apps then logs me out automatically after a few minutes of inactivity. Please fix this.
