Description

This App reminds you to do some exercise when your blood sugar level is highest after eating.

When consuming carbohydrates your blood sugar level will spike after some time, depending on the type of food. If you are sitting on the couch right then, your body will store the glucose as fat. Many studies and experiments show with a little exercise at the right time the sugar will be used to drive the muscles instead.

This tool was inspired by Tim Ferriss's book 'The Four Hour Body', especially the chapter 'Damage Control'.
