• Search for ATMs and branch location information both before and after login with turn-by-turn direction.
• Offer to remember the user name, as well as provide a password reset workflow
• Provide the ability to pay bills.
• Submit commercial transactions, such as ACH single payments/receipts and domestic wires, utilizing existing templates.
Enhancements and minor bug fixes.
Ratings and Reviews
I have been with this bank for years and I have never been able to setup my account to get paperless statements through the app. No one at the bank can tell you how to do it and there is always some kind of maintenance being done on the app that keeps you from using it. Transactions take forever to show up. This app really need some serious updates! I’m still receiving bank statements in the mail with my account number on it! That’s killing a lot of trees and for what when e-mail was invented smh! Do better!
I am on the road a lot and in several states where there is no access to The Citizens Bank! However with this app my bank is always there! I couldn’t live without it! Only wish I could access ATMs without all the service charges from other banks
Network connection problems
Have network connection issues 2 times out of 10. Once connected it works pretty well. Really need to work on the connection problem. Nothing more frustrating than needing to do a quick login to check balance or to transfer money between accounts only to be stopped cold because you cant get through the door.
