This app is for users of The Customer Factor who are looking for an easy way to schedule, view, and edit appointments. Each appointment is connected to google maps and apple maps making navigation from appointment to appointment a breeze. You can also create/email/print estimates and invoices and mark invoices as paid.

We're always adding new features to the app. Some recent feature releases include a signature feature where you can capture signatures, a photo feature giving you a way to easily take photos from within the app or upload photos from your phone, a completely searchable database, credit card processing, an "I'm on the way" text messaging feature, discount options, ability to email general emails (with or w/o attachments) to your prospects and customers and much more. Plus we have a time tracking feature and a clock in/clock out feature available!

Thanks for using The Customer Factor! This update fixes a google maps and apple maps issue where coordinates were displaying instead of actual addresses. We update our apps regularly with new features and to make sure they're at 100%, so we suggest turning on automatic updates on devices running The Customer Factor app.

Bad customer service


We’ve been using the customer factor for about 2 years. Took some time to get use to because we came from a more user friendly software. Did not have a problem until 2 days ago. 6 months ago they had glitches that charged customers the whole amount for a job rather a portion. We caught 1 job from the glitch because it was the same week of the glitches. The second job though was 6 months ago, Steve could not help us nor apologize for any inconvenience for the glitch. This costed us $450 and Steve immediately stopped our services and sent all of our customers to us after being notified of the glitch. Telling us that we are too much of a headache. The problem was in the customer factors side, not the user, but Steve refused to believe so and pushed us away. Almost 2 years of service and he basically kicked us out because of their mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOUR DEALING WITH STEVE.

They must use system for a service business.


If you have any type of service business where you need to make appointments and follow up with the customer to keep a great relationship. This is the program for you. There is too much to list but I have been using it since 2013 and it has helped my company grow immensely. Thanks Steve. You are awesome.
