Needs improvements to make it truly useful
The recipes are good and it is a great feature to create a shopping list by choosing meals. But this would be a lot more useful for planning meals with the following improvements: 1) add the recipes from The Digest Diet Cookbook. 2) make it easier to filter by multiple criteria - for example choose recipes by phase AND by meal. 3) allow filtering or sorting by calories and by main protein type (chicken, beef, etc). 4) rather than just choosing meals to add to a shopping list, add a calendar feature for creating and saving multiple days of menus for each Phase where recipes are assigned to specific days and meals and calories are totaled for each meal and a shopping list can be generated.
Great complement to the book
Very handy tool for searching recipes by meal or phase in the plan and adding them to a shopping list. One downside- the servings calculator doesn't work. When you add a recipe to the shopping list it asks how many people you'll be serving. Rather than adjusting the ingredients for the number of people you enter, it multiplies the number of servings in the recipe by the number of people you enter - but now that I know I just use the number accordingly and it is an easy enough workaround until that feature is fixed.
Please make enhancements!!!!
In addition to suggestions by HawaiiKeiki, also add the actual 21 day menu plan, and put a calendar where you can set what day 1 will be.
Also sharing this data (calories eaten and burned) with fitness apps (eg Fitbit) will be very cool.
