Cancellation threat every month

I called in for roadside assistance and the person that transferred me to them found my account but roadside assistance said she couldn’t find me. My battery was dead and they were absolutely no help. I also don’t like the idea that my policy is up for cancellation every month.

Easy and quick

The representative was very friendly understanding and helpful. Told her my situation and she gave me the BEST policy which is very affordable!!

Offensive bill labeling

Can you not just send me a “due” bill instead of sending me a threatening to cancel letter BEFORE my bill is due?! Terrible way to treat your customers who pay on time all the time.
