Great!

The guided meditations are very helpful for me because I use the concepts during the course of my daily living.

The mindful messages can be randomized and even personalized; (meaning that you can add statements and quotes most meaningful to you) scheduling them as you wish.

This app is a wonderful addition to the original mindfulness app. Great for newcomers, meditation on the go and more experienced practitioners. Modern technology can sure be an asset to our practice!🌷🌷🌷🌷

Wonderful companion to Mindfulness I

Grateful to have this as an addition to my meditation library. Some added functionality makes meditation available in more places and at more times and while I still use the original app, find ways to use both.

Please bring this back!

I loved everything about this app, especially the guided meditations and ability to create random mindfulness notices, but it has stopped working. I deleted it and re-downloaded but it crashed again. Please bring this back or add these features to the other Mindfulness app (the blue version)! Thanks!
