Simple, but really nice.

The app offers really nice quotes. It really inspires you to get active or just to think for a minute.
Really like how you can share the quotes on any social media in a picture format. You can also chose the background you want on your quote.

The Now

I love this app. A few times a day, I hear a "ding" and know a new, simple piece of wisdom has just been delivered. I almost always share it with someone. It makes me smile and changes my perspective.

Great app

I use this app for a group that I lead. Participants find it useful for reminding themselves of daily opportunities to pause and be mindful. Great tool! And the quotes are incredibly thought provoking; they aid in pausing to observe your own thoughts and feelings.
