Mindfulness Dilutes Mindless Moments

The chaos that tends to overrun much of our days can literally destroy our best intentions and shape our mindsets. In a world filled with traffic jams and road rage, hustling hard and shuffling and juggling, and can't stop, won't stop... This is one of the best apps to help pull us back to what really matters in our lives. One tiny, significant moment is worth a million more worthless hours. I adore The Now, and the ability to customize each diamond we wake up to or open our eyes to in the midst of it all, albeit small, these are the genuinely pure and tangible moments that will impact us in ways to come for years to follow.

I LOVE this app!

At first I thought this might be one of those apps I would download and think it was cool for a few days, and then forget about it, but I haven't! It's one of my favorite apps now. It's so nice to be in the heat of the day when I'm most stressed and get a notification from The Now that just reminds me to focus on the present and breathe. Plus I can save all my favorite quotes and use them as my wallpaper, which is such a nice feature. It really is a beautiful app, and I love having it constantly remind me to focus on The Now.

Amazing App!

I was looking for some mindful pick-me-ups and this app delivered! I am somewhat new to meditation and mindfulness but these quotes are perfect for me to bring myself back to center throughout the day. It has an adjustable reminder that you can set. I set it to 5 a day and it's perfect. Love it, love it. Bottom line, it has really helped in reducing my stress level.
