Mindfulness is key to a fulfilling life. I built The Now for just this purpose, to reminder myself to just stop, breathe, and focus on life. The app is super simply and will help you even if you barely ever open it. When you get a reminder, take the time to stop and understand that particular reminder.

You may have been exposed to the concept of the now through reading a self help book on the subject, some of the most popular being “The Precious Present” by Spencer Johnson M.D., “Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, and "Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World" by Mark Williams. Like all self help books, they only help if you put the concepts into practice and that is exactly what The Now was created for.
