I really like this app. My days get so full and busy, I rarely take a moment to breathe.
This app shows the quotes on my notifications so as I'm checking to see where the next meeting is, I am reminded to take a breath.
It's so simple, and helps me focus and center a few times a day. I'm amazed at the difference that can make.
Love this app! Such a quick way to remind you of something you already knew and needed reminding or sparking your mind to think in a new way. The quotes are from all different sources. Very inclusive and helps you to see how we are all more alike than not!

I was skeptical but I gave it a try anyway and I am thrilled to find that it was the absolute right decision. Does that give me a minute in my day to reflect, refocus and be mindful. I share with my friends all the time, they look forward to it.
