What a shame
Instantly got hooked with this game after I started. When i finished the first chapter there was a prompt to pay for the next chapter. I assumed at first it was for the whole game like most other games I've encountered before. Luckily I went and searched the reviews before doing so because something just didn't feel right. It was discovered I'd have to pay for EVERY CHAPTER individually thereafter and it seemed the extent of content was very little. As much as I love puzzle games, there are plenty of other games I can play the full game while paying for the exact same price. The issue here isn't just the price, it is as others have stated, the lack of disclosure. I don't even know the amount of chapters there are. I could spend $20-$100 to complete this game but I wouldn't know! This business model could be better if you told consumers at least how many chapters existed or even better offered a bundle price. As it is now, the model you have is driving away potential consumers as well as future consumers from your company. Regardless, I'll just watch a full Lets Play to experience the rest of the story:) If you change your business model I'll gladly buy it and play it for myself!
Needs to be more honest.
I really enjoyed the first chapter, so I paid the $2.99, thinking I was getting the rest of the game. Neither the game nor the app description are forthcoming about what you're really buying. It's another short chapter that I found less interesting than the first, more tedious, and then it ends in To Be Continued. So it's $2.99 for every 15 minutes of the game without even telling you that?
Apple needs to demand developers disclose everything in the app description or at least at the time of purchase. Should not have to wait until after spending the money to find out what you bought.
It's unfortunate, because I do like the game itself but now I don't trust the developer.
good game for too much
you have to pay $2.99 for every chapter and they aren't long at all, I didn't pay after the first one but I would if I had the money because it is a good game, good quality and good puzzles that aren't too hard. it should be a one time purchase for the rest of the game, they expect to much. especially hectic downloaded his expecting a good free game and ran into a payment. I'm disappointed, but to me it's worth downloading for the first little levels you Can play. decide for yourself if it's worth paying every 15 minutes for the next bit.
