Shrouded Aspect is the first installment in The Pantheon Cycle series. This single-player turn-based strategy game is set in a fantasy realm of ancient Celtic lore.
This is the "Lite" version, which includes the first 5 scenarios found in the full version.
Focusing on combat instead of role-playing, action is always just a few touches away. Combat takes place on battlefields with hex-based movement. Over 200 skills can be learned through experience, as well as new equipment obtained throughout the campaign.
Harness the power of six different world energies to help your characters fight the evil plague that infests the land...Earth, Nature, Fire, Water, Life, and Death. Or you can do it the old-fashioned way with muscle and steel.
In the full version, the story-driven campaign provides over 30 hours of gameplay, covering 32 scenarios with branching paths, allowing for replayability even in the single-player campaign.

I'm not sure what some of the reviewers are referring to when they say it takes too many touches to do something. I would like to continue to improve the interface where possible, but you have to be specific. Please contact me directly with issues.

Fans of Wesnoth will love
Cool game, but introduces so many characters than randomly removes the lower level ones from your party so you can lose characters you've been building (like the attack dog!) Don't give us level building aspects of characters if you're going to keep tossing out new characters!!! Still I had a blast and would buy the next episode (if it ever comes out)...how about an Aztec themed episode, or Egyptian or Apache or Norse mythology ??? Looking forward to what they come up with
Want to buy it but...
I give it high marks because you offer a free demo. I don't mind that it is a little old school...in fact that's why I like it. What would make me buy it is if the constant back and forth jerking of the screen would stop. It gives me a head ache. I liked the game demo. Thank you!
