What's New in Version 4.9.5

The Stonecutters have been exposed and their plans thwarted, too bad as all these emblems are no longer worth the pixels they are made of. Congratulations though, your town is back under the control of only slightly less corrupt and maniacal figures.

Stay tuned as we have more Tapped Out characters, quests and donuts coming soon.

Customer Reviews

Still Awesome!!! Got some ideas.

I've been playing this game for almost two years. I've been addicted since the Halloween 2012 event, and I write a review every few months so people can know whether or not I still love this game. While I absolutely love this game, there's a couple characters that I've thought of that might make well for future levels.
A) Artie Ziff- Marge's millionaire stalker, for those who don't know. We could build his mansion and have him continue to envy Homer and pursue Marge.
B) Russ Cargill- For those who haven't seen The Simpsons Movie, Russ Cargill is the head of the EPA and was the antagonist for the movie. His intentions were to clean up Springfield, but his approach was evil. We should file him under villains and give him a plot to try to overtake Springfield... again.
C) Jessica Lovejoy- Bart has had quite a few love interests in his day, one of which was your typical "Preacher's Daughter"; a manipulative evil who hides behind a "good-girl" act for her father.
D) Steve Mobs- If you've seen the episode "Mypods and Boomsticks" (Season 20), then Steve Mobs is a need. He's the CEO of Mapple Co., and clearly a parody of the late Steve Jobs. We already have Mapple Store in the game, but why not introduce Mapple HQ with Mobs as the Character for it?

Betrayed No Longer UPDATED

July 2014: Perhaps someone was listening! The latest Stonecutters event was awesome. It rewarded frequent players, all prizes were attainable, the event encouraged lots of friends-visiting, and there were several fun quest lines. The premium items are still pricey, but I can understand that. At least you are guaranteed to get something for spending your donuts, unlike the lame wheels and Easter boxes.

May 2014: I have played this game almost daily for 2.5 years. I have spent real money. I have every item that has ever been offered through the game, premium or not - until now. This last Easter event was indeed a slap in the face to loyal players who could in no way earn all the prizes, even if they spent actual currency. I am no longer buying anything for this game, and though I've started Family Guy, I am playing it entirely freemium and will probably quit that soon since it seems to be designed similarly. There needs to be a fair trade, Electronic Arts and companies like EA. And a way for loyal players to feel rewarded. You want me to spend? Make it worth my while.

Anti-American downfall of the Simpsons?

I have been a faithful Simpsons fan since I was about 11 years old. The show I grew up with was funny, witty, and well written. The first 10 years were amazing, and then Mr. Groening after making tons of money off of the American people, decided to go anti-American on every show since then, and including this game. 1st of all, you are not American but had no problem taking hard earned American's money. If you hate America so much, give all the money back that you made here, and stay out of our country! You have no right to tell American people who to vote for or how they should feel politically. Like Canada is such a wonderful country. This game is an absolute disgrace to any American that has ever died in any war. The 4th of July is suppose to be about Freedom and Patriotism. And the comments about bringing an AR15 into a preschool should be every American's right shows you have no respect for those poor children that died at Sandy Hook. This game is a's a shame, ice been with this game, and the Simpsons TV show since the beginning....but you can have it now. The political views jammed down your throat ruins everything!
