Customer Reviews

Works [nearly] flawlessly

At least for existing accounts. Only minor hitches re FAQ: a) takes a long time to load, and can hang; and b) no Back-to-previous (instead takes you to where you have to reload FAQ).
Otherwise, all functions well and as expected. Clear navigation; simple design.
Wishlist: that you could toggle the entry/exit listings to be either north>south or south>north. Currently only the latter, which requires backward thinking to plan a southbound trip. In my view, should be north>south as default in the meantime.

Pleasantly surprised w/app

Recently started taking a toll road to work, downloaded the app and used the one time payment option. It was pretty simple to use, imo. Once I decided I'd use the toll road more often, I signed up for the Express account. They have a handy chart to explain the account differences, but I'm still unsure about the different Express accounts and which one I signed up for. I think it charges me automatically? Which is neat if true, and what I wanted. I like that I can see my account history.

TLDR: I suggest anyone paying one time tolls to use the website and avoid this app at all cost. If you have an account with them, app is ok for checking balances.

When I was a Fast Track customer (with transponder) this app was just ok. It allowed me to check on my account only slightly easier then logging into the

Now that I no longer have a transponder, I used this app to pay tolls a day or two after traveling on them. More recently, I paid my toll with this app to only find out 2 months later it was not paid. Was told a loss of connection could have caused the error (which I highly doubt). This error on their (or their app's) part is costing me $100.

Their errors have snagged me into paying extra at least once every year of use since I sent the transponder back. It's honestly not worth using the toll roads anymore for me since it is infrequent and I can no longer justify a transponder.
